Who we are

This website is operated by Digital Idea, which builds and sells the KlickDent, KlickClinic, KlickLab and KlickComp software. Our contact details are in the footer of every page and on the contact page.

What we collect

One thing only, and you give it to us:

• What you type into the contact form. Your name, the name of your clinic, laboratory or company, a phone number, an email address, a city, which program interests you, and your message. We store the time it arrived, the IP address it came from and the browser string — those two are there to limit automated spam, not to identify you.

If you submit the form, a notification containing it may be pushed to a messaging service we use internally, so your enquiry does not wait for somebody to open a list.

What we do not collect

• There is no analytics on this website. No Google Analytics, and no alternative to it.
• No tracking pixels, no advertising networks, and no social buttons that follow you.
• We set no tracking cookies. The only thing that may be stored in your browser is your language choice, which is necessary for the site to work and is sent to nobody.
• We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.

Why we keep it, and for how long

To reply to you, and to remember what we discussed if you buy later. We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for that. Ask us to delete yours and we delete it — there is no form and no process, just message us.

Where it is stored

In a database belonging to this website, hosted with a cloud provider outside Iraq. Very few people here can reach it.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or to correct it, or to delete it — and we will. We do not claim compliance with any regulatory framework we have not been audited against, but we honour these requests regardless.

The dividing line: website data versus software data

When you buy KlickClinic, KlickLab or KlickComp and install it on your own computer, everything entered into it — patients, treatments, invoices, x-rays — stays in a database on that computer. We are not a party to it and cannot reach it, and nothing about visiting this website changes that.

If you ask us to host your copy online, that is a different arrangement governed by a separate agreement with you: the data then sits with a cloud provider, in a project belonging to you alone with its own database. The "Your data" page on this site explains both arrangements in detail.

Changes to this page

If we ever add analytics or anything that tracks visitors, this page changes at the same moment and the date above it changes with it. As it stands, it describes what the site actually does — not what we reserve the right to do.
