What day one actually involves
Six steps, most of them ours. The only one that needs somebody at your end is running the setup file as administrator.
There is no download button here, on purpose
Every copy is activated against one specific Windows machine, and the setup file is prepared with your business name, your logo and the modules you bought. A generic file any visitor could download would install and then refuse to run — which is nobody’s idea of a good first experience. Ask for it and we will prepare yours.
The steps
From first call to first case
We talk first
We ask how big your practice is and what you use today, and show you the software on a case from your own work. If it does not fit, we say so.
We send you the setup file
One file carrying the program, its database and its web server. Your business name and logo are set from inside the program once it is running, and the modules you agreed arrive with the licence key.
You run it as administrator
One step: it installs PostgreSQL, creates the database, registers a Windows service that starts with the machine, opens the firewall for your local network, and loads the starting data.
We activate the copy
The program shows a machine number on screen; you read it to us and we issue a licence key for that machine. After that the check is local and needs no internet.
We move your old records, if there are any
If you have a previous system we migrate from it and show you a report of what came across before anything is committed. Thirteen years of one system’s history moved into a working clinic this way.
We train your team
A session on the real software with your own data, then the tutorial curriculum on this site to come back to.
What you need
One PC, and nothing exotic
No other device in your practice installs anything. Your staff open a browser on their phone or their PC and reach the software over your own network.
- A 64-bit Windows PC, with administrator rights to install
- That PC stays switched on during working hours — it is the server for everyone else
- A local network or wi-fi, so phones and tablets can reach it
- Enough disk space for backups, photographs and x-rays
- No separate Node or PostgreSQL install — the setup file carries everything
- No internet connection for day-to-day work
After that
Updates and support
Updates arrive as a file we send you, applied by running it on that PC. There is no background updater changing the software under your staff in the middle of a busy morning — that is deliberate.
On our side, nothing reaches a customer without a fixed order: tested locally, deployed to a staging environment, then to the owner’s own clinic, then to customers. Twenty-six numbered checks must pass before the first byte is uploaded.
