There is no number on this page. The software is sold white-label through resellers and priced around what you actually need — which means a published figure would be wrong for most people reading it. Here is what changes the price, and what is included whatever you agree.

What changes the price

Five things, and no more

Which program
The clinic, the laboratory or the company — or more than one, if you own both a clinic and a lab.
Optional modules
Some modules — appointments, inventory, billing, courses, payroll, reports and the lab connection — are licensed separately. The core modules are always included.
Offline or hosted
Installed on your own computer there is no monthly hosting cost. A hosted online copy carries a monthly running cost.
The size of the practice
How many chairs or technicians, and how many people sign in.
Moving your old records across
If there is a previous system to migrate from, that is quoted separately depending on the state of the data.

This is the one decision that really changes the shape of the cost. The program itself is the same either way.

The two are entirely separate installations and do not synchronise with each other. A backup file can be carried between them by hand, but neither mirrors the other.

Questions about price

The ones people actually ask

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the software is sold through resellers under their own name, and priced per practice. A published figure would put a reseller in an awkward position with their own customer, and anchor every conversation to a number that suits nobody. Ask us and you will have a figure the same day.

Is it a monthly subscription or a one-off purchase?

Either is possible. A copy installed on your own computer runs on a licence tied to that machine. A hosted online copy runs on a subscription, because it carries a real monthly running cost. Talk to us about which suits your situation.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

If the program is installed on your computer, the database is on your computer and it goes nowhere. You can take a full backup at any time as a plain SQL file that opens with standard tools. A hosted copy can be put into read-only when a subscription ends — and even then, reading, printing and signing in keep working.

Can I try it before buying?

Yes. We will demonstrate it on a case from your own work, and a trial period can be arranged. Get in touch and we will set it up.

Is the price in Iraqi dinars?

Yes, and we talk in dinars. The software itself keeps all of its books in IQD.
